My passionate path in holistic health began more than 30 years ago, and I’ve been a natural foods and holistic health educator, activist, chef and coach ever since. I’ve been a private chef and have worked at leading edge natural foods cafes East Coast to West. I have multiple certifications in the healing arts, as Clinical Hypnotherapist, Massage Therapist and Traditional Thai Yoga Therapist and Instructor.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’m a personal coach and consultant to Fortune 500 executives with over 28 years professional experience. I’ve had a private healing arts practice in Marin County for close to two decades. I bring a lifetime of diverse studies and practice in personal growth and transformation, consciousness raising, meditation, and communication. I’ve worked with and coached thousands of clients and students who report both life-changing and life-long benefits.

Drawing upon my decades of background experience and proven, real-life practice, I will help you create a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and helps you achieve your goals – and supports you on your path to success.
